Liked: Rooms were very nice. Nice pool. Adequate parking. Great kitchen. More didn't like: Hot water took forever in shower -- try to conserve water in the desert!
Disliked: Service was terrible. I understand that good employers are hard to hire. But room cleaning every 8 days is not acceptable. Clean towels, soap and kleenex are minimum. Our conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty. I had to call 2x for extra towels. A bag of used towels sat outside our room for 2 days! I asked the housekeeper cleaning room next door to take them and she refused.
