Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. It's location for shopping and the theatres was excellent. We would use the hotel again and recommend it.

Liked: Clean and presentable hotel; very helpful staff; comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: We found the heating for the room not very efficient, despite being up at maximum; the vents on the system were dirty, broken and not adjustable.

This hotel is listed as...

Liked: Mattress and bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. The staff were friendly and outgoing. The location was great for what we needed.
Disliked: The cooked breakfast was bad, really bad to the point of being inedible. Looked like it was poured out of a tin and tasted like it too.The breakfast staff were incompetent and I felt embarrassed for them. The breakfast room did not look like the pictures provided and was crammed. The shower was not cleaned properly and had hair etc in it.The hotel needs major renovation.

Over priced and under delivered...

Liked: Room G1 on ground floor,
Disliked: View from window was several black bags of rubbish and several grey backs also rubbish, a suitcase and a couple of chairs Breakfast was a joke , we ordered when we checked in , when we went for breakfast on the Saturday morning our order had been lost so we re ordered and all our food was brought out at once, one slice of toast each, my breakfast was one sausage, one rasher of bacon a small spoonful of Luke warm baked beans and half of a tomato which they must of taken from the fridge and cut in half and put one half on my plate and the other on my partners, his breakfast was cereal and a cooked breakfast he also had one sausage, one rasher of bacon, small spoonful of Luke warm baked beans, half of a cold tomato and scrambled eggs which looked like they had been fried to warm them up, in the dinning room was notices asking you to ask the staff if you needed anything else,, once our food had been put on our table we never saw the staff again until we was leaving and they were sat in what looked like a small area under the stairs., the walls of the dinning room looked like it had greasy marks all over it , we did not enjoy our food at all, especially as hotels had been closed due to COVID and they would not refund our money you would think they would do decorated the dinning room area

Pretty good.

Liked: As a room, first impressions were that it was a bit down at heel. But after spending the night, I was proved wrong. The shower was very good, the room facilities were decent too - A/C, a kettle, hair dryer, a tonne of sockets. Breakfast was decent too.
Disliked: The walk to the room didn?t do it any favours.
