Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. It's location for shopping and the theatres was excellent. We would use the hotel again and recommend it.

Liked: Clean and presentable hotel; very helpful staff; comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: We found the heating for the room not very efficient, despite being up at maximum; the vents on the system were dirty, broken and not adjustable.

Liked: The hotel was not far from Euston Station and Oxford Street. It was clean and staff very polite. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was continental and was lovely. Hotel in good location xx

Blooming good stay.

Liked: The location is stunning, the staff and hotel are fantastic. Always available to help out when needed and on hand to give advice about the area, shops and other amenities when needed. Breakfast was delicious, the mini pastries were amazing.
Disliked: For me the bed was too soft, my son loved it. And slept well.

Disliked: Very crowded at breakfast no tables available felt embarrassing because approx 4 other families after us Have stayed a few times but no there is no full breakfast option 😢 I will probably now look for an alternative hotel
