Awful ,have asked for refund...
Liked: Nothing only location
Disliked: The rooms small ,bin in bathroom not emptied,dusty and air con didn’t work properly

Small room, AC issues
Liked: Liked the location, close to the subway, good restaurants nearby, and quiet area at night. The complementary breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The AC doesn't work properly, it turns off every 45 minutes or so and you have to turn it back on - this made sleeping very unpleasant as we were here in the heat of summer. The room was much smaller than the photos make it look - having a hardback suitcase that opens with 2 sides was very difficult as there was really no where to have it open (only stayed 2 nights so didn't want to fully unpack). There's 1 very small elevator - 2 people with 2 suitcases struggle to fit, so we used the stairs during our stay outside of checking in and out.

AVOID - Mice in room,...
Disliked: Mice in the room!!!!!!! Was visited by not one but 2 mice. Contacted reception who informed me there were no other rooms available. Asked to speak to the manager (as the receptionist was pleasant but not able to offer any solutions) as the only solution offered was to leave and they would offer a full refund. This was at 7:45pm. Manager REFUSED to speak to me, leaving the receptionist to deal with the issue. On one of the hottest days of the year - Air Condition in the room was also not working£264 for the night for this!!!!Remained unresolved, left and went to stay at a nearby Premier Inn. Which was spotlessly clean, very cool and less expensive to stay in.

Liked: Clean and location very good
Disliked: One staff member very poor customer service, they gave us a room upgrade on our arrival, nice surprise but then the hotel changed their minds next day and abruptly moved us to original booked room. I suspect they overbooked for first night and hence the upgrade. However they didn't explain we would need to move next day so we unpacked everything. This lack of communication made all the difference between a good experience and a negative one. The next morning our key cards didn't work on our door on return from breakfast. This is how we found out we were to move. No compensation offered. The new reception person remained polite but it mucked up our morning. Really issue was Just poor communication by the first reception person and made us late on our plans for the day whilst we unexpectedly had a room change. I was pretty cranky.

The Blandford hotel is bland
Liked: The location, it was fairly clean (with a few issues) , breakfast was included. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Dirty towels, we had to return multiple sets of towels because they kept sending us dirty towels! I don’t want to say the place was unclean, other than the towels it was ok.The rooms were small, but we knew this going in.Breakfast was bland, nothing too impressive but it beat having to find food each morning to start our day.
