Liked: Clean, good location
Disliked: Tiny rooms but it’s what you pay for … breakfast ‘included’ but it wasn’t great, pretty basic but adequate… second day they ran out of several items by 08.45 , staff when asked had little to offer except to say .. ‘No, it’s all finished !’

Disliked: Room very small which is normal for London but the bathroom didn't even have a proper door or a window, The shower also flooded the bathroom when used

Liked: Location was fabulous, decor was lovely. Breakfast room and choice and quality of food provided was terrific.
Disliked: The standard double room was too small for two people with luggage for 6 weeks stay in UK. Could not walk around end of bed without brushing against curtains. Not enough space to roll medium size suitcase around end of bed past the vanity. Only just enough floor space to lay out and open two suitcases plus hand luggage.Plumbing in shower is blocked. Could not wash hair without shower base filling up and overflowing, restricted to brief shower to prevent floor flooding.Overall property is nice, although small but didn't meet my expectations because I expect to be able to shower and wash hair without mopping up floors afterwards.
