Would not stay there again,...

Liked: The outside facade was lovely, the restaurant was very comfortable, clean and staff in the restaurant were friendly Food was good too
Disliked: Our supposed executive twin was on the ground floor facing the road, staff and gas maintenance outside, could hear them talking at 7 in the morning Reception staff couldn’t have cared less if we were there or not and talked to each other in their first language without even looking at us

The room was spacious, clean...

Liked: Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The reception, bar and outside area was lovely. We did not eat here but did have drinks and the service was good. The location is great for Hyde Park which is a 10 min walk away and the tube is only a 5 mins walk. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby too. Would stay again if attending Hyde Park.
Disliked: We found the beds to be very hard and this had a negative impact on our sleep, so not great.

Liked: 2nd stay here. Love this hotel! Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. AC &lift. Great location! Walk to Hyde Park, Notting Hill, several tube stations including Paddington. Lots of good restaurants and pubs right in the neighborhood!

The hotel has kerb appeal,...

Disliked: The appetisers we ordered were bland and the presentation was poor the calamari was supposedly on a bed of lettuce it was actually a desert spoonful of shredded lettuce. The 330ml of bottled lager was too pricey £7.00

Lovely hotel, friendly staff.

Liked: It was very clean and fresh looking. The rooms were spacious, with lots of natural light.
Disliked: Breakfast finished at 10. Would be good to go to 10.30

Liked: Staff was helpful. Location was good.
Disliked: Lift didn't work the last two days of our stay which made things difficult considering we were staying at fifth floor. You could hear the noise of the subway passing and the noise of other rooms. Pillows were not comfy.
