Liked: The location is nice and the room was clean and tidy, perfect for a couple.
Disliked: The elevators were out of order and the staff told us it had happened that day, but the signs for all elevators clearly were there for a longer time. Realistically, they should've been honest with customers even if this means reducing prices

Lovely comfortable hotel

Liked: Great location friendly staff and comfortable roo.
Disliked: The lift was out of a lion for 2 days and it nearly killed us walking up 5 flights of stairs, luckily staff carried our cases

Nice hotel, but no elevator...

Liked: Breakfast was nice and the room was comfy. The location was within walking distance of Bayswater. Lancaster gate tube station and Paddington station.
Disliked: Mostly, the stair only access to our room on the fourth floor. Large suit cases were not easy to carry or manipulate up the narrow stairs. There was also some noise from other patron's using the stairs and we were awoken by this at 2 am.
