Overall a rather pleasant place...

Liked: Very friendly staff, public areas were classy. The suite we had for ouf three night stay was really pleasant. Rooms were serviced promptly. The location is great for central London.
Disliked: Nothing that spoiled our stay but:- The room itself was fine but the decor was tired, but it seemed the unobtrusive decorators were in. - The staff struggled to keep the breakfast buffet stocked at busy times despite their best efforts.

Disliked: Rooms could do with a refresh. Toilet really low, crack in the sink & beds were too hard.

Get the Wifi to work...

Liked: We were upgraded to a suit which was lovely. The room was fresh and clean. The staff were very kind. The beds very comfortable.
Disliked: I had pre-booked B&B. The breakfast was dissapointing, in the fact that the scrambled eggs had so much liquid in the warming tray and they were economy eggs due to their colour. A BIG NO, was the long life croissants!!! WHY? Seeing that I travel throughout Europe and the USA, and the Blakemore is catering mostly to these 2 continents for their clients, would they not offer them freshly baked croissants, disgracful! Plus, at 9.15, with 45 mins still to go for breakfast, top up the mixed fruit, and use seasonal fruit!
