Great Experience with great service...

Liked: Everything was amazing Also the washroom had The rinse or the wash off splashing on side , great staff , Clean, room size is good ,location is perfect, highly recommended .
Disliked: There is nothing that I didn’t like !! but everyone would be thankful if you add The rinse or the wash off splashing on side to the lobby washrooms same as the Rooms .

Very good

Liked: Clean room and pleasant staff. Good breakfast variety. I thought I had booked the larger executive twin so I was disappointed.
Disliked: I purchased a couple of drinks at the bar and one attendant over charged me. It's the principle not the money.

Disliked: I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly warrants it. I recently stayed at this hotel, and had one of the worst nights I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time.The noise in the room was absolutely unbearable — it seemed to come from the pipes or air conditioning system, and it was constant and extremely loud. I’ve stayed in hotels next to airports that were quieter than this.I called reception around 11:00 PM to ask for assistance. After waiting 45 minutes and calling a second time, someone finally came — only to tell me that this level of noise is “normal” in some rooms. I barely slept, maybe 1–2 hours at best, which made the entire night exhausting and frustrating.For a hotel that claims to offer 4-star comfort, this was extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the noise issues in those rooms.

Superb

Liked: The restaurant was very convenient. Friendly staff in the restaurant. The location was good.
Disliked: The first room we had was too close to staff entry stairs and garbage, espescially in the mornings. It didn't feel very private.

Great location for short stay...

Liked: Great location for access to Kensington Park and Hyde Park. Easy walk to,Paddington station. Excellent breakfasts.

Comfortable hotel for a London...

Liked: Comfortable quiet room. We had a separate bed for our daughter and enough space. Hotel located at walking distance to several underground stations.
