Gem of a hotel

Liked: Beautiful spotlessly clean hotel. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Got a room upgrade we didn't ask for.Layout was lovely. Breakfast, couldnt fault
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Clean comfortable good location

Liked: Good location, clean, comfortable
Disliked: Noise from other guests-door slamming, talking outside rooms all hours. Not the fault of hotel but could consider soft closing doors and security reminding people to keep noise to minimum in corridors

A restful, relaxing space to...

Liked: Staff were great, very helpful, courteous and professional. The location was great, a very quiet neighbourhood, close to shops, transport and walks. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The broken and missing grout between the tiles in the bathroom definitely needs maintenance. Chipped cupboard doors need replacing.

Liked: Breakfast was good and so was dinner. The staff were helpful.
Disliked: How crowded it was for breakfast.
