Decent Hotel, spoiled by lack...

Liked: Great location, lovely bar overlooking the football stadium, ok breakfast.
Disliked: Sunday morning NO HOT WATER so travelled home having had no shower.Called reception 4 times from phone in the bedroom, no answer, tried on mobile to the Hotel number, again no answer!When checking out the receptionist really couldn’t care less, especially when my wife said the review would feature the problem with the water and no answer from reception, all she did was roll her eyes and tut!Breakfast was decent but could be better, no Black Pudding, Fried Bread, Potato Scones etc!For £280.00 for two nights we really expected better!

Liked: Central location , basic clean rooms as expected for the money . Large size rooms air con and big bathroom
Disliked: Security . I was entering late at night and you have to buzz to get in but they don’t check you are a resident or anything and a man tried to follow me in. I managed to close the inner door before he came through so he had to buzz causing a delay and enabling me to get in the lift and away . As a woman travelling alone it was a bit unnerving . He may well have been a resident but I wasn’t comfortable with it and the lack of checks .
