Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: They put us in the wrong room type. Which has happened almost every time we have stayed here. There were no facilities (no breakfast etc in hotel and the bar wasn’t even open). It is very overpriced.

Disliked: It’s a mess. Reception rarely attended and couldn’t always get them on the phone

Liked: The staff member on late Saturday night was very good. I checked in 2245 and get was still very friendly and Informative. Room very clean and spacious. The outside area could be tidyied up a little bit to give more kerb appeal but other than that it was very good
Disliked: Outside area but it's a minor point

Liked: Very spacious and clean room.
Disliked: I had to ask twice for towels to be delivered.

Done the job but would...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room 136 was large, bed was comfy and room was clean.
Disliked: No restaurant (which we knew) but there was not even anywhere to get a drink just tea/coffee in the room. Car park looked very unkept with overgrown shrubs etc and rubbish piled up and a shipping container. Communal areas looked very run down and it smelt of smoke in the corridors even though its a non smoking hotel.
