Disliked: Booking in was a bit poor, nobody on reception, had to phone a number. Key card didn't work, twice! No food. Place felt a bit run down..

Liked: Staff was friendly and accomadating
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, toilet didn't flush but they did change our room

Run down needs re decorating...

Liked: Close to the venue we were attending
Disliked: Had massive water stain on ceiling. Carpet had lots of dirty stains. Generally run down and needs updating

Liked: The room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was a little rough around the edges
Disliked: The actual hotel grounds were a mess. Untidy and unkempt. Litter, rubbish, even a rusted pair of shears embedded in the grass. It was tatty and disappointing. On approach it looks quite grand but is very unkempt once you walk in to its grounds
