Run down needs re decorating...

Liked: Close to the venue we were attending
Disliked: Had massive water stain on ceiling. Carpet had lots of dirty stains. Generally run down and needs updating

Doubtful I’ll return

Liked: The room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was a little rough around the edges
Disliked: The actual hotel grounds were a mess. Untidy and unkempt. Litter, rubbish, even a rusted pair of shears embedded in the grass. It was tatty and disappointing. On approach it looks quite grand but is very unkempt once you walk in to its grounds

Disliked: Old, tired, landscape very rundown on the outside and really needs upgrading on the inside.

Awful experience

Liked: There was no breakfast. There was no hot water and the bathroom was in a very poor state.
Disliked: Everything!

Disliked: Bed lumpy uncomfortable, outside area scruffy and broken seats.

Adequate for my needs value...

Liked: Location was excellent for my need
Disliked: Filthy shower curtain , mouldy. Noisy at night. Asked for trim room got one bed.

Convenient location

Liked: Would be a lot better when the hotel is fully restored and the pool is open again
Disliked: Location was convenient
