Lovely clean twin room we had. Couldn't fault anything. Friendliness of staff was great.

We visited here for one night. On arrival the staff were friendly and efficient. We went to our room 621. To say we were disappointed was an understatement and nothing like the photos displayed on the website. Carpets were threadbare, walls were dirty and holes in the plaster. The wall lamps were falling apart and the TV didn't work (reported to reception but still not resolved). I could go on. Positives about our stay - the dining area very clean and well maintained by very polite and efficient staff. Would recommend the breakfast and good variety of food. However I would not rebook this hotel due to the fact the rooms are disappointingly dismal.

Liked: Most staff were friendly and efficient. Dining area clean and well managed.
Disliked: The room is very poor and not fit for purpose.
