BIG4 Tweed Billabong Holiday Park

Beautiful and relaxing.

Liked: Great facilities at the park. The kids enjoyed the waterpark, pool area and playground. The camp kitchen and lounge area are beautifully set out.
Disliked: Was all amazing.

Liked: Great facility’s kids loved the billabong and water park
Disliked: Cabin wasn’t clean, we had to change the sheets on the bunk beds as they hadn’t been changed from previous guests and the floors hadn’t been mopped

Liked: Whole park was absolutely beautiful the lake in the middle the tall trees

Liked: The pool, slides and camp kitchen were exceptionally well maintained and the coffee shop saved my sanity.
Disliked: I paid the same amount of money as our friends but we were in a burleigh and they were in Fingals (though we didnt see a difference when we booked and we booked all three together). The burleigh is advertised as having a dining area and lounge as well as a balcony. There is no dining area unless you're prepared to sit in the full sun on the balcony and a small 2 seater couch was not enough space for our family of 5 when it poured with rain outside. The kitchen had not a lot to cook with which meant we paid for most meals out which was quite expensive. The aircon doesn't get into the bedroom behind it unless we had it at Arctic temperatures. Overall, not impressed by the cabin.

Liked: The cabin was very nice and newish.Water slides and pool were goodCamp kitchen was good.Good prices for the hiring of the peddle bikes and kayaks.
Disliked: The planes flying low over head, but got used to it.Had to ask for a Hair dryer as none in the cabin. And would be good if face washers were available. Shower head in the Ensuite was broken, reported it and it got fixed but didn't last long, it needs to be replaced. Two pools were great but would of been nice if one was heated.We had wet weather so would of been nice for some organised activities by the park that you didn't have to pay for,(we have stayed at other parks that do this) although I know you can hire board games free of charge from reception, a indoor play area would be great.
