Loved the location! Very friendly...

Liked: Able to store our bags, and rest in the lobby area while we waited for our room to be ready!
Disliked: The mattress was very hard and made it so we had a harder time falling asleep, but we woke w/o pain or aches

Compact room suited a solo...

Liked: Great location for Victoria rail connection. Lovely front desk staffQuiet and compact room felt like a cocoon after busy streets of London and whilst not much spare space, was kitted out quite well.
Disliked: Budget windowless room is very compact indeed so not sure where I would have put a large suitcase if I’d had one.

Great location but rooms were...

Liked: The location was excellent, in close proximity to Victoria station in a very nice area.
Disliked: The room was incredibly cramped with no room to open our suitcases except to lift them one at a time onto the bed which was a hassle. The photos didn’t really indicate this, with barely enough room for 2 people to walk between the door, bathroom, and bed. The bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood. Both of us woke up sore.If you’re seeking any sort of privacy whilst using the toilet or shower, this room is not for you.
