Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel

My sister and I stayed at the Beverly Laurel in Mid October, 2016. The staff and location were great. It was within walking distance (2 Blocks) to the Price is Right show. We also were able to meet Drew Carey at a restaurant in the area. This was definitely a highlight for us. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe at the Beverly Laurel and in the area - as two older ladies that was very important. We would definitely stay at the Beverly Laurel again.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past due to the location. It has always been "fine" for the money, but now it has been updated and made into this cool mid century jewel - what a treat! I will never stay anywhere else.

Liked: Nice clean rooms; friendly staff and valet; attached restaurant a plus.
Disliked: AC was hard to configure - kept changing to heat when set AC; parking a little high.

Very satisfied, would return

Liked: Cute renovated boutique hotel in location with great access to Santa Monica District business and attractions. Reasonable cost for this area. Parking charge a bit high, but valet returned vehicle safe and sound. Total Budget just a little over $200. Sorry we didn’t have time to use the pool. Convenient nice restaurants in the area. We went to Canter’s Deli for traditional Jewish Dinner for example. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The decore and the cleanliness exceeded what I was expecting. My room was spacious, the bathroom was large and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again!
Disliked: Construction would start very early next door, so I would recommend you put ear plugs on the bedsides to assist with that. Also, the shower was a little slippery but appreciated how big it was.

Liked: The staff are so kind and willing to assist on any request. We were in the corner suite, it's a big room clean and comfortable. The hotel location is super!!!! Many restaurants nearby, Beverly Center is 15 minutes walk from the hotel.We will definitely return to this hotel.
Disliked: There is carpet in the room, and it's not so clean, but this was minor issue.
