Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel, Los Angeles

My sister and I stayed at the Beverly Laurel in Mid October, 2016. The staff and location were great. It was within walking distance (2 Blocks) to the Price is Right show. We also were able to meet Drew Carey at a restaurant in the area. This was definitely a highlight for us. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe at the Beverly Laurel and in the area - as two older ladies that was very important. We would definitely stay at the Beverly Laurel again.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past due to the location. It has always been "fine" for the money, but now it has been updated and made into this cool mid century jewel - what a treat! I will never stay anywhere else.

Liked: Updated and AMAZING!

Liked: Nice clean rooms; friendly staff and valet; attached restaurant a plus.
Disliked: AC was hard to configure - kept changing to heat when set AC; parking a little high.

Liked: I loved this hotel! Don't know why it's only 2 stars. The room really suprised me, it was amazing!
Disliked: The lighting of the room could be a little bit better.

Delightful, elegant, cozy

Liked: So pretty. 1950’s Hollywood meets Scandinavian decor. From the first moment we arrived until we left, every staff member was kind and helpful, from front desk to valet. The suite we had was large and comfortable and extremely clean. Facing Beverly Boulevard was unexpectedly quiet at night. All was wonderful and we are looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you.
Disliked: The only regret we had is that we had to leave.

Convenient location in a cute...

Liked: We loved the retro style of the property. The internal courtyard and swimming pool were beautifully complimented by the gorgeous tree wrapping around the balconies.
Disliked: Twin beds were a little small for two people
