Best Western Walworth Castle Hotel

Excellent few days

Liked: Everything; staying in a castle, room especially the bath
Disliked: EV charging through hotel and not on meter

Great experience

Liked: Such great value for money to get to stay in an actual castle. Everything felt both in keeping with the ancient building while still being modernised enough to be comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the service in the restaurant was exceptional and went above and beyond. Food was delicious and also had vegan options too. The room was so comfy and the bathroom was spotless and spacious. Great shower too. There was a great walking route to the Roman ruins starting from the castle too. All in all a fantastic stay.

Grand castle experience lovely quiet...

Liked: The staff where fabulous,had a problem with the room we were staying in,problem solved by the staff we were up graded to a very nice room at no extra charge
Disliked: Nothing to complain about but you would need a car to get to town but that’s only minor And I believe that the hotel will be going through a refurbishment in the near future fabulous.

Disliked: The room was like being put in the chicken coop, room above us we could here every toilet visit, steps when walking, doors closing no fridge or water on arrival
