Disliked: I moved the small chair and i found that the floor was not really clean, the room are not new, simple room no frigobar in case that you ned something.

Liked: The room was comfortable, the mattress was good. The restaurant and bar section in the hotel is lovely and feels trendy and luxurious, particularly in the evening. We LOVED the breakfast. The buffet has a good spread and each item is great. From soft boiled eggs, omelets, sausages, crispy bacon, warm paté, many types of fresh rolls and bread, a delicious chicken mayonnaise, organic butter, jams, and many different types of mini sized pastries. The cook who was working there during the breakfast was very kind and friendly, and you could feel that she had put a lot of thought and love into every item served at breakfast.
Disliked: I bring my own duvet and pillow, because I find the duvet scratchy and the pillow lumpy, but that's personal taste. The shower was a bit unhandy, as there is only a shower curtain, but the floor is one plan level with the whole bathroom, so after my husband and I had a shower, the floor was quite flooded, giving us wet feet when using the toilet or the sink. Parking is not great. We parked in the street, because there were roadworks blocking the car park under the hotel. We paid about €25 using EasyPark, from 11:00pm until 10:00am the next morning.

Liked: Great breakfast. The beds were comfy. Location right beside train and bus station.
Disliked: As I advised the receptionist, the room was far too bright. The blinds in the room were not good enough to block an outside street light, and I and one of our children had trouble sleeping. Our room was like 'daylight' all night. It's not really good enough for a four star hotel. I wasn't offered anything (partial refund/refund for breakfast) for this inconvenience.

Liked: Pretty adequate for a short stay. The room was quite okay, really just the bare minimum but clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that the only place to park bikes at the hotel within their car park was a dirty corner where you just kind of had to shove your bike in

A clean, lively, welcoming hotel...

Liked: The whole setting is excellent, intriguing entrance within a small 'boutique' shopping arcade setting. As I was there with work I didn't get out into the town until Saturday morning and what a revelation that was. Everything you would like to see is a short walk for the hotel, so the location could not be better. Restaurant was excellent (we ate at the Italian restaurant on site both evenings, food was excellent and service was prompt. Obviously a popular restaurant for non residents too. Great, friendly staff. My room was basic but clean and warm (end of March so a bit cold outside).
Disliked: Room view now obscured by new building work, and that started at 06:00 on Thursday morning, but construction can't be helped - most of the noise was during day. However, building work is nothing to do with the hotel, so no complaint with the venue at all - progress is progress!
