Disliked: Breakfast was poorly organised with not enough staff.We had to request to get fruit salad, croissants, grapefruit and napkins as these listed items had not been put out.The menu warned that a cooked breakfast would take 10-15 minutes - it took longer as we couldn't find staff to take our orders.The hotel itself is situated in a sort of traffic island surrounded on all sides by constantly busy roads which made walking in to town a bit nerve wracking.

Disliked: In the old part of the hotel so room was cold. Radiator in bathroom didnt work. Single glazing so noisy and drafty. Holes in walls between beams/hallway and beams/outside. Electric tripped and we were blamed for charging a phone. General manager was rude and ignorant when we complained about this (official complaint being made). Expensive for what they offer. Would never stay again.
