The manager was the best hospitality professional I have encountered in a long time. We had no issues at all. If we had, I am very confident it would have been addressed immediately.

Liked: Staff, cleanliness, location.
Disliked: Nothing.

This was the worst hotel experience we have had in a long time. The room burned my nose and eyes from cold and the bed was like a rock! The tv was old and outdated. When we called the front desk the man showed up at our room with a spray bottle to spray some chemical deodorizer in the room!!!! I was at a convention all day and so looking forward to a hot bath and the water was set to a maximum temperature so it was tepid and I couldn't have a hot bath. As well the internet was very slow to work on and it was down a lot of the time. I would have left except I paid online and the front desk said they could not refund my money. We were very disappointed with this hotel. In the past we have had much better experiences. We were just in Clearwater and had a nice room, excellent bed.....We are business people and have travelled from Canada to US 3 times in the past 6 months and will be travelling in Florida very often, so it would be nice to know that we could stay in a Best Western and have a dependable experience ( unlike this past one).

Clean room. It was comfortable...

Liked: Close to the Stadium.
Disliked: No microwave or safe in room. The price was much to high for a very basic room. Although, not really their fault, all the hotels in the area raised the price because of the Metallica concert for the weekend.

Motel not hotel

Liked: It works as a motel but not for more. very very basic for that price. The whole place needs a renovation and also new food in the snackmachine. (expired chips from 2024 inside. ) very very basic breakfast.
