Very nice and spacious

Liked: Excellent sized room with a very nice sitting area, quite spacious and comfortable bed. Very close to the tube and amenities, and it was great to be able to store our luggage before check-in and after checkout!
Disliked: The shower unit was broken and could easily fall on someone, I alerted the hotel for this and hopefully they will fix it.We couldn't get the TV to work as it kept saying it couldn't connect to the aerial. Too bad that the neighbours' did and they had theirs loud until late hours!...

Excellent location - my go...

Liked: The location is superb - right near Swiss Cottage tube on the Jubilee line which was perfect for me to get to my hospital appointment in Westminster
Disliked: It didn’t have aircon but fans were provided - I was rather warm and needed just a sheet instead of a duvet

Great Staff, Satisfactory stay

Liked: The staff were great and very helpfulGreat location very close to the Swiss Cottage Jubilee Line tube station with trains into centyral London every 4 minutes
Disliked: The whole place needs a bit ot TLC and a bit of money spending on itBreakfast could be a bit better, more options on the buffet for example, nicer bread

I can recommend this hotel...

Liked: Very nice location in a quiet leafy part of London. Good facilities nearby. The hotel is an older more traditional style hotel with an elegant sitting room etc. The tube station is fairly close. Not too far to nice parks like Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Not cheap but ok for London prices.
