Very good hotel and great location for the event we were attending at The Roundhouse, Camden.

Great location and comfortable.

Liked: The location was so near the Swiss Cottage tube station and there was a little outdoor market right outside that had a lovely variety of prepared food and baked goods. The neighborhood is beautiful. Short walk to all types of shops.
Disliked: A bit of neighborhood noise with windows open

Liked: It's a hotel I have been using for years and have 99.9% of the time, enjoyed my stay and the staff always do their best to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable.
Disliked: However my latest visit was not a pleasant experience. 1. Given the keys to my room stating it was ready however towels on the floor dirty cups etc in other words the room had not been cleaned.2. I was asked to give them time to prepare the room but it still took until 15:35 for the room to be ready (check in time was 14:00)3. When I did get onto the room there was still evidence that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly.4. The worse thing was the premium on price paid for the room provided and the service received.Had this been my 1st visit and the experience described above I would never use it again. But this, I do know, was a one off and I'm hoping never to be experienced by myself or others ever again.

Liked: Embraced the older feel and kept original features. Quite and peaceful a great contrast to the rest of London - busy busy busy. Close to train and city centre.
Disliked: Smallest lift I have ever seen but functional not a real negative.

Disliked: definitely riding on their location laurel’s- not helpful- abrupt even. Very noisy - loads of noise from rooms aside, above and hallways. Plumbing average and poor repairs/filling on bathroom tiling. shocked given pricing and changed to Belsize apartments
