Liked: The staff were so accommodating. We (4 of us) were there for the club la show. So we were hungry, tired etc. from the trip there. Everyone was kind, offered referrals for restaurants, and really made us feel welcomed AND comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing.

We would stay again.

Liked: The suite has a separate private room with a private lock bedroom door which is exactly what I wanted. Privacy from the children in the same room.
Disliked: The laundry facility was not sufficient and it took coins and not a card. Couldn't get our laundry done. I expected breakfast to better having waffles and a protein and it did not.

Pleasant

Liked: The room we stayed in was very nice and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast options (cereal, muffins, or bagels) were horrible for the price of the stay. I expected at least a couple of hot options equivalent to other hotels in the same price range (eggs, sausage, waffle, etc).

Liked: The staff especially Brianna was very nice and made me and my children feel welcome.
Disliked: My last night while I was sleeping they gave someone a key to my room. And then another person an hour later.
