Very poor
Liked: The state was nice.However, when we checked in, we were assigned a room that came to bed, but it was already occupied.So we got another room a little bit smaller and instead of giving me a discount.I was charged for a second room stono refund very upset
Disliked: Getting a room with a king bed But it was already occupied I'm getting charged for a second room not a discount

Disliked: Property just felt a little dirty overall. Housekeeping tried getting into our room at 8:30 in the morning when we were still asleep. Staff just did not give a welcoming vibe and neither did the state of the room.

very disappointed.
Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Also the towels were rough and very thin. No place to hang your clothes and the tub was slippery.Hallway carpets were dirty.I have stayed at other Best Westerns and this is at the bottom.
