Liked: No! Biggest mistake of our trip was choosing this motel, it was horrible. Lots of homeless people, poor staff, did not receive the room we reserved; did not feel safe; almost drove back home and after all this was charged almost $2000; we should have been paid to stay in dangerous conditions; also, the fire alarm in our room was broken and they never came to fix it.

Liked: I liked the check in because it was easy and simple. The lady was friendly.
Disliked: I hated the location because there were several homeless and street people out in the area. They had signs everywhere around the hotel parking lot say "we are not responsible for car theft."The room walls are very thin, I could hear everything. Also, we couldn't control the loud AC unit and the room was very cold and they only provide thin blankets. The floor were also very dirty in the room.

Liked: Comfortable, large rooms with a lounge area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Free onsite parking. Included breakfast was also good.
Disliked: Toiletries could be better.

Liked: Decent breakfast. Great size room. Very clean
Disliked: Unfortunately we forgot our reusable ice packs in the freezer. I called and asked about them, was promised a call back but never received one.

Disappointed

Disliked: Rooms are out of date. Very old . Cleaning can be much better. Patio was dirty. Strangers around hotel,smelling of weed everywhere. Breakfast very poor and quality of food very suspicious.

Great place to stay

Liked: Everything was very good. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good but could be better by having more keto friendly options. Such as more protein less carbs.
