Liked: Spacious rooms, comfy beds and the pillows were exceptional
Disliked: Only small things that were rectified, so nothing

Liked: Location, and breakfast was good and staff were helpful .
Disliked: The fixed shower as my partner would have preferred a flexible one as not to get her hair wet.

Liked: Good parking. Friendly welcome at check in - appreciated reception changing my original room allocation.Public areas bright, modern and airy.Rooms are clean, good sized, showing signs of regular use though, with comfortable bed and tidy functional bathroom. Breakfast - buffet style and fair range of choice which will provide a good start to working day - made do with a takeaway bacon on croissant - tasted good.
Disliked: Dinner - disappointing - pasta dish - gluey:( Stained carpet in bedroom - not a good look.-

Liked: Spacious, clean and comfortable and a convenient location. Very quiet at the time of our visit. Good breakfast and very pleasant young lady to serve us.
Disliked: Would have liked an evening meal before leaving for a show in town but nothing available at the time we would have eaten. We learnt later there was a bar menu but this was not mentioned at reception, perhaps that depended on the same chef?Two weeks on and I'll edit to add that they have not had the courtesy to answer my message regarding an item I believe I left behind.
