Comfortable, handy location but food...

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast as it wasn’t especially appetising.
Disliked: Had dinner. Pizza, which appeared to have been bought in, fish and chips. Nice chips but fish looked awful. A strange heavy cement/like coating which was inedible. This hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment. Our twin room was lovely, clean, quite spacious, large flatscreen TV, excellent shower room, but overall the hotel is let down by its food offering. This needs to improve dramatically.

Comfortable, handy location for north...

Liked: All was good.
Disliked: There was no wifi in the room, so I had to sit in the reception area each time I needed to use wifi.

Very good

Liked: The hotel was ideally located only a short drive from Corby town centre. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite.
Disliked: Work was being done to upgrade the hotel, which will be good when it is finished.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was very good bed comfortable bathroom excellent
Disliked: The food was awful. The pie was minuscule, the pastry hard and there was no meat in it. The fish was supposed to be beer battered but it was bread crumbed and frazzled and the chips over cooked. We decided against breakfast and went to Tesco instead.
