Disliked: Breakfast did not meet my expectations, It did not have gluten free food.Room did not meet my expectations too.Location is not safe and dangerous. We had the rental car driver window broken and a stolen suitcase.

Disliked: My room's A/C was not working on the 1st day then they replaced it.people were talking loud in the hallway which disturbed my sleep.

Liked: Nice hotel, very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Had a friend of mine reserved a room at the hotel after I already checked in. Asked the clerk if I could change my room so we could have a joining rooms. She refused saying it was against their policy to change rooms after I had already checked in. Very disappointed. Also there was a family reunion at the hotel. They completely trashed the place throwing plates full of food all over the sidewalk and parking lot. Also a bad fight broke out in the middle of the night between a couple of the family reunion guests right down the hall from our rooms, very scary scene. I asked the clerk at the front desk if he could do anything for us for the inconvenience and of course he said no. They do not take care of their guests. Very disappointed.
