Disliked: Pool and hot tub no operating. Because of this, I was told that before I checked in I could contact booking.com to cancel my reservation and receive a refund. After numerous attempts to contact the website and the property and 6 days later, no refund or response back from the property.

It was ok.

Disliked: Pool and hot tub were down…not heated as advertised..

We liked the place and...

Liked: It was quiet, the desk clerks, they were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast server was very friendly, busy and made sure everything was filled! I would stay again, and recommend
Disliked: Drawers on dresser wouldn't stay closed, kept bumping into them, Room needed light bulbs, Couldn't use hot tub, it wasn't totally filled and it was cold! Desk girl had to take care of at night. Nothing major, but would have like to of used hot tub after long travel and being at hospital all day.
