Liked: This is a great hotel, great location, clean and friendly staff.I’ve tried all the rooms available and they are all good value, the best at this price in the area. If you can stretch finances to the suite, it’s twice the price but ten times better.Great for a special occasion.
Disliked: Not much, probably the prices for drinks in the bar.

Liked: Beautiful location, nicely laid out, welcoming reception staff, easy check in, nice pool and sauna
Disliked: Being above the noisy boiler which woke me from 5am onwards, room 219, when I mentioned it reception she said yeah that one is noisy, so why put me in it when you were not full?

Can’t really fault this place....

Liked: Everywhere was clean and beautifully decorated.Especially the lovely bar and restaurant. The food is amazing.Coffee is pretty good.I made full use of the spa.Super friendly staff.I left my sunglasses and phone charger and Anna has gone out of her way to let me know that she has them and they’re sending on to me this week.I have stayed here before many years ago and it’s even better now.Will be back for one of their 90s party nights with a friend 🤩
Disliked: One of the receptionist was a bit grumpy but literally everyone else was friendly, matured and understands good customer service.

Superb hotel

Liked: The staff were really friendly and professional. The room was immaculate and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfy and it’s a very quiet location for a restful nights sleep.

Passable

Liked: Great value for money on facilties offered.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off 4 times during the night - clearly a fault. Every time we jumped up and got dressed, it stopped. When we raised on checkout, we were offered half a bottle of wine! Quite insulted as that worked out as £5 each. We did eventually get an offer of £50 voucher to spend back at the hotel, but we'll probably never go there again and if we do, we'd have to stop over and pay out our own money. Still considering the offer.
