Great hotel booked last minute; reasonably priced; nice pool and free breakfast! Better pool than the Montage in BH.

Liked: Nice, clean rooms.

Liked: The photos on Booking look great.
Disliked: The facilities are old and not soundproof at all. The mattress and sheets were very low quality and uncomfortable. We were put in a basement room that smelled bad. No one came to clean the room the next day. Overall, a terrible experience — I would not stay here again.

Liked: Really nice pool area, no traffic sounds and a very clean room
Disliked: Upstairs neighbors a little loud, I could hear them walking around. Paid parking.

Staff is friendly / helpful...

Liked: Good central location on Sunset Blvd. Variety of breakfast items offered, Quiet good. EV Charging was available and free in parking garage- both for regular EVs and Teslas. Nice convenience.
Disliked: Our only issue was not enough dining room seating available - has a very small dining room ,which was always crowded - tables not available. Had to take food to our room Also would be helpful to give better directions for location of parking garage for travelers coming by car.
