Amazing value for the quality of my stay. The staff were friendly, the hotel is modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was great. I had a very restful stay, although the air conditioning unit started to rattle at 5am. Despite this, I would stay again.
Liked: The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: The noisy air conditioning/radiator at 5am.

Have stayed in Best Western hotels before, but this one did not come up to standard.
Liked: Nice friendly staff - they did try to help resolve things.
Disliked: Cooling system in room did not work. Room temperature was stuck at 26 degrees day and night. On the 3rd floor but you could still smell smoke from people smoking outside.

Could not find any faults at all. Staff were friendly; everything we could possibly need in the room was catered for. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

Liked: Friendly staff. Hotel very clean, neat and tidy. Good location in Stoke.
Disliked: Main light in room or light over table. Breakfast bags could have had a hot option every day. Room service menu could have had a couple more items added. Car park ground not suitable for suitcases and also quite far from main reception.

Great service and facilities despite...
Liked: Very friendly staff, pleasant location, Outstanding rooms and services despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
Disliked: Only one complaint, in my room I could hear what can only be described as a generator sound kicking in every 10mins or so. It only lasted a few minutes but it was enough to disturb my sleep through out my stay.

Liked: We came for a funeral in a tier 4 area. Hotel had skeleton staff, only 3 rooms occupied so probably not the best circumstances to supply feedback...
Disliked: Too many questions in your feedback survey!

Liked: The staff did their best under difficult circumstances and they did it with a smile. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We were travelling during Covid for work so the hotel was cold but they did turn the heating up and put a heater in our room. We were the only people staying. There weren't any food options either but under the circumstances I think we all managed fairly well.

Liked: The bed was big and comfortable and shower was spacious and hot.
Disliked: We had to change rooms as there was a terrible smell like from the toilet or gutter. Also the night staff that showed us to the room and help us move, heavily smelt of terrible body ouder. Due to refurbishment and Covid the facilities were not available to use.

Everyone did their best to...
Liked: Everything was starting to close down in the area due to coronavirus but the hotel kept a limited menu on for residents in the evening which was ok. We decided to upgrade our room as we knew that we would be limited in the places we would be able to visit and were offered the honeymoon suite at a reasonable upgraded price from an executive room
Disliked: Pool area quite dated but the hotel is undergoing a complete refurbishment programme which should solve this
