Quick getaway!

Liked: Love the location! Enjoyed the free shuttle service to beaches & nightlife
Disliked: Most staff members were kind, but face to face not so friendly.

Our stay was comfortable, no...

Liked: Pool area is lovely and private. We needed a handicapped room, which was very nice and clean. But, there was no place except a cubby to put our belongings. Rather than have a table that has two outlets on the top, a small dresser would be lovely. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a good open a good amount of hours (until 10 am) so if you slept in you were still able to get something.
Disliked: Everything good.

Liked: Breakfast wasn't many choicesBagels were good if you like bagels.Children did enjoy the pool!
Disliked: Wasn't a really good family experienced vacation we had......Didn't get towels when asked, asked in the morning, my name was written down in the book but never brought to us so late in the evening I finally went down to lobby and then only got only 3 and I had asked for sixCart for luggage was absolutely horrible, tire were bad.Gas leak that happened there behind the facility caused us no hot water for us to get ready for our wedding event we drove 19 hours to be there, no apologizes or discounts were ever refered to or compensation made.......For the price we paid we definitely expected more, especially since we stayed 3 nights
