Lack of staff or over...

Liked: Hotel is very dated but good location and you can connect to your Netflix, prime apps
Disliked: We did not get housekeeping on Friday. On Saturday, we were out all day and had a "Make a room sign," yet housekeeping didn't come till 3:30 PM when we just stepped into the room. We asked them to come back, and housekeeping said it was a last call; they were done for the day, so we had to allow them in the room while we were getting ready. She only picked up trash and vacuumed. Didn't make beds or clean the bathroom. We complained to the front desk, and nothing was communicated. When we checked out, I complained again since nothing had been documented, and yet I didn't receive any apology or compensation for the inconvenience.

The wife and I enjoyed...

Liked: Breakfast was good. The staff was great. The wife liked the jacuzzi. The room was clean. Beds are comfortable.
Disliked: Even though the room was clean there was a smell when A/C was off. The water pressure in the shower needs a little help.

I would stay there again

Liked: Breakfast was good….the location was good for the business I was conducting while there
Disliked: Liquid creamer at the coffee bar would have been better than dry
