Liked: Horrible. Waited an hour to check in. Charged twice, $200 from booking.com and $245 from the hotel. They wouldn't let me check-in without paying them, even though I paid booking.com for my reservation.

Liked: We loved the rooms and beds were extremely comfortable.
Disliked: It would have been better if we were informed that the only way you get your room cleaned is if you tell the front desk in advance. I was not made aware of that when we were just told to sign for the room. I was not told to read anything.
