Poor

Disliked: The hotel has ongoing construction, so it’s noisy from 9a onwards. My room has smelled strongly off weed, and the walls were very thin so I could hear the TV next door and people leaving early in the morning to catch flights. No breakfast included in stay, nor shuttle to Penn station.
