Liked: Nice rooms; friendly staff; customer service were very helpful.

Disliked: Breakfast is horrible; I work in a kitchen myself, but the person who refills the biscuits took it out in the ziploc bag. The biscuits were hard and cold; not only that, eggs and sausages and gravy also very disappointing.

Liked: Room was big; nice kitchenette; nice pool and hot tub.

Liked: Love this hotel; convenient; accomodating and perfect for a night or two stay.

Disliked: Dirty, stinky, carpet was sticky like floors been wet and soaked. Tile floor was spray on or feels wet and sticky. Staffs sprayed something all over the room that cause the entire room to be sticky. Bed was not made. We were scared that there were bed bugs because of how stained and unmade the bed was. The bed sheet was lifting off from the mattress. There was a fly that flew on me. Unsafe neighborhood. Staff was not welcoming.

Liked: It was close to the ballpark, and the room was clean and cool.
Disliked: I was bitten by bed bugs. I sent photos in an email but never got a response back from this hotel. Also, the pool wasn't clean. The water was green, like the pumps had been turned off.
