Liked: Nice rooms; friendly staff; customer service were very helpful.

Disliked: Breakfast is horrible; I work in a kitchen myself, but the person who refills the biscuits took it out in the ziploc bag. The biscuits were hard and cold; not only that, eggs and sausages and gravy also very disappointing.

Liked: Room was big; nice kitchenette; nice pool and hot tub.

Liked: Love this hotel; convenient; accomodating and perfect for a night or two stay.

Pleasant, worth the price!

Liked: Location, pleasantness of the staff, the breakfast, and the shuttle.
Disliked: Minor thing: shower had dispensers on the wall and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but when going to use the dispensers, 2 were empty, so had to get water on bathroom floor.

Ok for a ballpark trip...

Disliked: Would have liked queen beds. Could only get doubles due to needing two beds. Bathroom was beyond tiny. Had issues with television and air conditioning could not keep up with the heat.

Disliked: There was no elevator and even though we were on the first floor there were still steps still to navigate with all our luggage. we were hoping to relax in the hot tub but it also did not work. no one seemed to be able to give directions on where to eat other than a really terrible pizza restaurant that we tried and found disgusting. we had no hot water in the room to shower. It was also down. My husband tripped on one of these while carrying a case up the step.If we had known about these things we would not have reserved a stay here. Don't think we will stay in a Best Western after this and I resent the fact that the clerk when I checked in atomatically signed me up for your rewards program without asking first. I don't want to be on your email list.
