Clean Room, Friendly Staff --...

Liked: Very clean, front desk employee was friendly. Room was nice.
Disliked: Check in was at 3, we arrived around 4 - 4:30 and they said our room wasn't ready and we had to wait. Was kind of frustrating cause I was paying for that time and we needed our room. I think we got in around 5 - 5:30, but still, it's not like I got that time compensated. Had I been late for check out, would I have gotten away with it free of charge? Probably not, so the double standard is not great. The other issue we had was the elevator was extremely slow and just wouldn't come down sometimes. We had to wait so long and the button would just go dark even though it never got down to the lobby. Didn't seem like we could take the stairs either without the alarm going off. It was annoying, and it took so long. I think the other elevator was out of order on top of that.

Liked: Clean, easy access to Lincoln tunnel. Staff is very friendly.
Disliked: Need more lighting in the bed room area for reading.
