Great location, big rooms ,...

Liked: Great location! Very nice , room size good! Front desk good, could need more at help at night. Lots checking in, loud university kids eating in dining room, some one locked out because of batteries in door lock, a couple trying to scam her, saying they booked for last night but Priceline or Expedia changed the date to Sunday Monday, motel was booked and they said we need 2 rooms together. None available. . They were demanding a refund and wanted rooms to now, lady wanting a cheaper rate lady was kind rude, and husband too. Front desk, was trying to helped and very pleasant to her explaining since they booked through them , and paid them, they have to get a refund from them. They would not move out of the way so she could help others in line,while they were phoning the other company. Ugh! She walked to the door and out side and then cut back in front of me and the front desk asked me who I was and was interrupted by the lady and she stepped in front of me. Ugh. Two much for one front desk to be there during busy hours .
Disliked: Little mold in tub , grout .
