We did not get the room we had confirmation for. Room was old, TV did not work, air conditioner did not work, phone did not work, bathroom toilet would not flush, shower was broken.

When we arrived at the hotel on July 29, the key card machine was not working. We had to wait for about 20 minutes to get to our room. In the meantime while the clerk was trying to get it to work he was hitting the machine and throwing the key cards all over the floor. Finally when we are able to get to our room the room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. The room had an odor. We go back to the front desk to tell them and the same clerk from earlier gets mad and says hes going to call his manager. We have to wait another 20 minutes to get a key card (the machine is still not working). He is hitting, slamming and throwing key cards again. He finally gives us an upgrade to a suite for our troubles. I do not feel that his attitude was professional at all for customer service. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. In fact our reservations were for 2 nights and we only stayed 1. I hope these issues gets addressed for the next customers.

Liked: I liked the breakfast cleaningness and most of the staff was very nice
Disliked: The entire hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like weed and the room smelled slightly like cigarette smoke.The weed smell was so strong it came in our room.I went downstairs and the guy at the desk just said..thats ridiculous,I hope they find out who did this and charge them the fee..But didn't bother to see about the issue.Breakfast things ran out and we had to ask for them to restock

Not restful and peaceful like...

Liked: Location was good and breakfast was ok and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: There was a group of people right outside the window drinking and loud music from their vehicles that even the tv could not drown out till like 1 in the morning then in the morning the staff was loud and woke us up early I figure from cooking the breakfast

Disliked: Had to notify the front desk that the yogurt machine was empty and the orange juice was colored water. They thanked me for letting them know

Disliked: This hotel needs a big time makeover & not the landlord special that it seems to have had already. Our room smelled damp, the ac unit in the room was old, very loud, and definitely the source of the abnormal dampness in the room. The carpet felt sticky. The “heated pool” was ice cold & unenjoyable! Overall ok for the night, but definitely won’t be back.

Comfortable, well kept and spacous...

Liked: Everything was perfect. Piol great. Man who checked us in was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Loved the citrus lotion and hair products.
Disliked: No thing

Liked: Close to parks and restaurant, free parking
Disliked: Pool was supposed to be heated, it was not

Disliked: Breakfast didn’t have a variety of fruits. Coffeemaker was incredibly weak
