Disliked: I had booked a king bed suite and they said they had upgraded me to one with kitchen because they had overbooked however, i was given a defective room because the AC was not working and smelled like burned. In the middle of the night we were downgraded to a king bed no kitchen or suite and only $20 were discounted from my original price. On top of all this, housekeeping wouldn’t come into the room to make the beds or at the very least take out the trash, this had to be requested when i would catch them cleaning the other rooms in the morning. Overall the stay wasn’t too great.

Liked: Breakfast was good. I just didn’t like that it was over at 9:30 cleaning this I think bathrooms could need to be paid more attention to.
Disliked: Customer service when I got there to check in she was on her phone. I had to wait a little bit for her to be off her phone or at least put the person on hold. She was on her personal device but other than that everyone else was nice and polite and helpful.
