Dirty room and bad service...

Liked: Bed was ok. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Got a hot tub room as a nice treat for my wife and I. Should have just stayed in one of the other places nearby and saved the money. The girl who checked us in barely talked. Hot tub was deafeningly loud. There were bits of hair and handprints all over the walls. When I turned on the hot tub, some hair came out, and then it got all foamy from what I hope was cleaning product that hadn't been thoroughly rinsed. Vent for the tub was rusted and dented. There was also a door to adjoin the room with the one next-door but both doors seemed uninsulated. You could here every word the family in the other room was saying. Felt like we were sharing a room with strangers. Dead bugs all over the top of the a/c. Room service banged on the door despite us having the do not disturb sign out. Noone at the desk when we checked out. Just toss your keycard in the basket and gtfo. If this was a $50 a night dive motel on the highway I wouldn't have complained but I paid extra for what I thought would be a nice room with a hot tub. Avoid this place.

Disliked: I had to shower at 4 am with no hot water and something beeped in the hallway all night long

Liked: N/A
Disliked: Tried checking us into a room that was still occupied. Asked for a wake up call twice, to be sure of its importance. Wake up call was not received.

Disappointing

It was comfortable and clean....

Liked: It was easy to get to for the places I needed to be at.
Disliked: My door handle was sticky. I had to use the keycard more than once to unlock door.

Exceptional

Liked: Great

It was a nice hotel....

Disliked: Toilet didn’t flush

The worst place to stay...

Liked: It was in rather convenient location
Disliked: Extremely dirty, awful smell of an old moldy house, armchair ripped off and all in dirty stains, curtains were completely ripped off, plastic lampshade was broken in several places, hangers on the wall with no pictures,King size bed turned out to be two small mattresses put together, one of which was so bad that me and my wife had to sleep on one half of it, shower faucet in the shower- broken- we could hardly to open the water.
