fabulous say in a first...

Liked: Great Choice at breakfast, room was always kept clean & tidy and location was ideal for my visit as easy to get from airport. Direct link on tram to the venue for my visit
Disliked: Nothing i can think, everything was great from start to finish, Could not fault the hotel and the staff and facilities on offer.would highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was very clean, well located for visiting the Mercedes Museum and has a convenient car park at the rear. Our room was facing the tram line, but we didn't hear much noise, due to double glazing. The beds are very comfy and breakfast recommended. Fresh butter machine was unique, as was the pan cake one. :-)
Disliked: Everything was great - we enjoyed our stay.

Great staff and breakfast. Good...

Liked: Big clean rooms. good and very helpful staff. Free good coffee in the main lounge. Ideal for a meeting area.
Disliked: Shower was poor and had to run tap for 15 minutes to get hot water. Although the breakfast was great, other food options were poor. I was at the show to attend an international trade show in Stuttgart, as were the majority of the other guests, the room were a bit pricy because of this. It would have been helpful if the hotel had put a shuttle to the S-Bahn or done a deal with a taxi company.

Disliked: I felt the hotel was a little overpriced for what it is actually.

Exactly what you’d expect from...

Liked: Not much. Bathrooms ok.
Disliked: Run down, no restaurant, not very friendly staff. In general a pretty bleak place all in all.

Disliked: It is overpriced. The breakfast is not included in the price.No conditioner in the bathroom.
