The staff were great. Rooms are big and clean. I would stay at this hotel again.

Disliked: Nothing bad to report.

Liked: We've stayed here before which is why we went back. Clean, friendly staff and offers a great breakfast.
Disliked: We were supposed to have Wi-Fi but didn't. The password supplied didn't work and that was very disappointing. We called the front desk who offered to put us in a different room but when you check in at 10:00pm and just get settled in, the last thing you want to do is move.

Liked: All mornings that I went for breakfast, the lady attendant was full of smiles and kindnes.
Disliked: Front desk check in lady...meh. The landscapers started cutting grass and using blowers at 6 AM and CA law says 7 AM, so that sucked.

Convenient and very comfortable.

Liked: The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. Nice, hot shower. Very close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Although this hotel has been around for many years, it is well maintained.
Disliked: The first room I was given had not been cleaned (unmade bed, cup of water on table, coffee maker had a pod in it, etc.) However, front desk clerk got me a different room immediately. Although their seating areas on each floor near elevator is a nice touch, people used them as very noisy gathering areas and the noise traveled to the room. Also, although I was on the 6th floor, noise from people at the pool was disturbing. However, most of these issues were due to guests, not the hotel itself.

Great stay for a weekend.

Liked: The breakfast was included and it was really delicious. It wasn’t your typical cereal or pastries breakfast.
