Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

The staff were great. Rooms are big and clean. I would stay at this hotel again.

Disliked: Nothing bad to report.

Liked: We've stayed here before which is why we went back. Clean, friendly staff and offers a great breakfast.
Disliked: We were supposed to have Wi-Fi but didn't. The password supplied didn't work and that was very disappointing. We called the front desk who offered to put us in a different room but when you check in at 10:00pm and just get settled in, the last thing you want to do is move.

Liked: The receptionist Ms Lola is extremely helpful. Saw that I was traveling with my daughter and our room was a single king bed and pull out sofa bed so she changed it to 2 queen bed room instead. I truly appreciated that kindness.
Disliked: Breakfast could use more fruits or healthier selection. It was good nonetheless
