Disliked: The room had bed bugs and the room across from us was flooded. There were homeless people around the parking lot, felt unsafe at night.

Liked: Clean, convenient location, nice staff
Disliked: Toilet didn't flush properly and the water pressure was really bad, but it doesn't hurt the score the room was great

Liked: We received wonderful and courteous service from the staff. Very attentive to anything we needed.
Disliked: The bed in my room was a little uncomfortable and creaked everytime I moved.

Liked: Hotel is very close to several restaurants and has easy highway access. Very convenient and affordable. Free breakfast and they have a nice pool.
Disliked: The beds aren't super comfortable but they were clean so its a small compromise considering everything else.

Exceptional

Liked: This was really one of the best stays. Staff was really friendly and happy to help with any need, from directions to recommendations. Anything you would need it was really a great experience.

Clean, tidy and friendly. Value...

Liked: Value for money, there are a few things that make a stay pleasant; 1) friendly meet and great, 2) when you open the door to the room it looks clean and tidy, 3) the bathroom is clean. All the rest are extras. This Best Western did all of this.
Disliked: The beds are old, functional, but could be better. Breakfast is free but selection is meagre.
