Liked: Great room with lots of space for a busy toddler. Good location central to why we were in town.
Disliked: The guy at the front desk was rude and not personable.

Liked: Hotel itself was great and comfortable. Everything was clean and the whole process was simple
Disliked: The first bit of staff we ran into at check in was a little rude and scary as the man raised his voice at us when we misunderstood the woman checking us in and asked her to repeat herself, he also seemed to watch our every move and just made us a bit uncomfortable. Though the woman at the front desk when we came back at about 11pm was very sweet and definitely made up for the first interaction.

Liked: Thought I was getting a clean room but found out that I didn't.
Disliked: TV didn't work and could not be fixed; sofa was filthy and should have been trashed long ago.Put in a different room with another dirty sofa.

Liked: Nice breakfast, staff friendly. Only complaint was the first room they gave us was a room that had not been cleaned yet and we checked in after the dinner time but they were quick to fix that and gave us a room that was great.

Disliked: Food was good, maybe more fresh fruit when in season. Whole grain bread would be another good option.
