Would stay again!

Liked: Great staff.Rooms very big, with big bathrooms, nice and hot showers.Plenty of plugs.Huge tv, with lots of channels.Breakfast had loads of choice, and was topped up regularly. Can’t fault it. Bacon, sausage (patty) eggs and potatos for hot food.Good location. 10 mins drive from Santana Row and 10 from Japan town.
Disliked: Could do with an update, (slightly 90’s vibes).but nothing else to fault.Hairdryer should do with more than 20cm of power cable.

Good experiment in general

Liked: The room in general was comfortable, but we had a silver fish on a bed at one night!The shampoo and conditioner were absolutely waste of plastic containers; there were super small bottles that wasn't even enough for one time use! One of the towels had hair on it! other than that, everything was nice, the room had a nice workstation.The breakfast was really nice with plenty of options.
Disliked: The main lady at front desk was not super nice, we wanted to stay at the lobby for a few hours after we checked out on the same day, the first thing she mentioned was you cannot use the bathroom here since you are not a guest anymore! But at least she let us to stay. We had a silver fish on a bed at one night!
