Liked: I have stayed here several times and enjoy the quiet and peace plus the terrace overlooking the garden. I always sleep well.The staff are friendly and helpful. Only a short walk to buses, trams and Morrisons.
Disliked: There is a good choice for breakfast but on this visit the bacon was hard and the toasters were incredibly slow. There is no overhead lighting in the room.

Disliked: The heating and hot water was not working , a very unpleasant night was spent there in the cold no shower as no hot water! The heater staff gave me was not fit for purpose made a loud noise and a funny smell. When ask the staff to change it they said they have no more to swap it with. Paul the invisible manager who was no where to be seen or hear from. Staff where kind enough to refund me a night and parking but that’s the least they could have done! Very unsatisfactory stay will definitely not be staying there again! If you like to invest in headache tablets go stay there you’ll definitely need them
