Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. The property is well maintained. Get a room on the pool side, it might have been a different experience otherwise, as it is right next to the 408 highway toll road. Awesome, awesome otherwise!

Poor

Disliked: Too much noise, you can hear all that happens around your room, not a good night sleep.

Not clean and needs many...

Liked: I enjoyed that it was close to a local friend. It was quiet for the most part but I think that was just because there weren’t many people there. Had cold AC.
Disliked: The floors were dirty, there was a huge chunk taken out of the wall, wall smudges from god knows what, when I lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs I found a unopened condom, the mattress was stained along with the bed frame, the headboard had mystery juices on it, the hair dryer was broken and unusable, there were stains on the chair, the TV stand and night end table all were scuffed up, closet door was damaged, coffee for the coffee pot was expired, there was a hug bug of some sort waiting for me next to the bed when I arrived and I’m assuming it got in because the door didn’t seal well at all and there was a huge gap from the ground to the bottom of the door. Very musty smelling. Fridge and microwave were dirty.

House keeping needs to better...

Liked: Property clean, front desk staff were very polite, helpful and professional.
Disliked: 1- No hot water in one room of two I rented. 2- Breakfast , no sausage, Bacon or turkey . Only served scramble egg, waffles and oatmeal as main corse, I find that unexceptable .3- Check out is at 11 am, I came up to my room from lobby after coffee, and there were 3 people inside my room. Housekeeper and two gentle man, one sitting in top of the dining table and the other in a chair while the female employee was standing by the dresser. I had place luggage in the car but I had a box of special pastries in the refrigerator in my room and again check out was at 11, this occurred at 10:35. They had place the pastries in the bottom of the cleaning car by the towels . I said to them I have not checked out yet why are you here.. and where is my food that was in the fridge . They pulled it from the cart and gave to me and tried to apologize. That is absolutely unacceptable . I throw away as I could not in my right mind bring home food that had been tampered with. I did inform front desk , they stated the would inform manager . The least I expect is a call from management to inform me of measures taken

Mediocre

Liked: Did their best to accommodate us
Disliked: Place looks old and bit run down although they tried to update parts of it.

Liked: Have cannot climb stairs. I asked for a first floor room. The staff member gave me one directly in front of a handicap parking spot. He was also able to merge both of my reservations into a single to make my stay easier.
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok. It was scrambled eggs and either sausage or biscuits. The coffee was weak and the juices were out. It was good, though. They had fresh fruits, which made up for this a little.

Good Stay for one night

Liked: Staff , location and the price at that moment
Disliked: The rooms were not that bad but they could use some patch up and also reduce the humidity.

Liked: Close to where I was going.
Disliked: The side doors to the main office were closed

Disliked: This place did not meet my expectations. It was closed to my event.
